I’m Nikki, a certified life transitions and end of life doula specializing in whole life advanced planning, grief guidance, end of life education and contemplative coaching. You can think of me as a “mortality assistant.”
I can help you and your loved ones prepare for life’s last chapters at any time, reducing stress about the “what ifs,” so you can live life to the fullest right now.

Contemplative Coaching
Practices for full-body listening, deeper awareness, and mindful exploration
- Utilizes Deep Listening® exercises, e.g. a living framework of somatic & guided meditation practices
- Allows for playful, spontaneous expression, gentle movement, and intuitive embodiment-explores our senses to find new insights into how we relate to ourselves and the world
- Customized Add-on: for the plant curious may include information on flower essences and plant associations
- Customized Add-on: for the symbolism curious, may include aspects of card meditation practices (e.g. oracle or tarot decks)
For the past twenty years, I’ve assisted small business owners, non profits and individuals with executive-level support services in the arts, medicine, legal and retail fields. I’ve worked directly with highly respected professionals at crucial moments in their lives to grow new projects, new businesses, refocus existing efforts or retire after storied careers. Some have joked with me that I’m like Mary Poppins.
After my family experienced unexpected health issues, I realized my skills could help support my communities in larger ways. There is so much to navigate and keep track of in times of emergency and it’s often when our bodies are least able to keep up. I completed a triple certification with the International Doula Life Movement over the past two years and continue learning with them. I am also a certified Deep Listening® facilitator and teacher through Rensselaer Polytechnic’s Center for Deep Listening and a student in Western herbalism.
Whether you need tools for wrangling life logistics, support exploring of loss, or clear information about end of life questions, my path is to walk beside you. I’m here to give you a listening ear and a helping hand. Together we’ll make maps, forge keys, and light lanterns along your path no matter where you are in your journey.
